We are a safe place to seek hope and help to overcome obstacles to family unity and diminished personal, social, and economic opportunities that may result from your current immigration status.

LEGAL

ASSISTANCE

Our lawyers and paralegals offer low-cost legal consultations in a broad range of matters, including: naturalization, DACA renewal, U & T visa petitions, work permits, family unity and deportation cases.

EDUCATIONAL

WORKSHOPS

Our staff and attorneys provide educational workshops and outreach events to help you learn about your rights, the paths to citizenship, and other legal remedies available to immigrants.

PROVISIONS FOR

ABUSE VICTIMS

In cases of domestic violence, special provisions in U.S. immigration law allow certain victims of abuse who are not citizens to obtain lawful status without having to rely on their abuser to petition.

“Our attitude towards immigration reflects our faith in the American ideal. We have always believed it possible for men and women who start at the bottom to rise as far as the talent and energy allow. Neither race nor place of birth should affect their chances.”

-Robert F. Kennedy
