The journey toward lawful status or American citizenship can be complex and overwhelming — but you do not have to walk it alone.

At Catholic Charities Yolo-Solano, we accompany individuals and families at every stage of their immigration journey. Whether you are undocumented or have current legal status, newly arrived or a longtime member of our community, our dedicated staff and experienced immigration attorneys are here to provide trusted guidance and compassionate support.

U.S. immigration law is complicated and constantly evolving. We help you understand your options, protect your rights, and navigate the legal process with clarity and confidence.

Rooted in our mission to uphold the dignity of every person, we offer a safe and welcoming space where hope is restored and families are strengthened. Our goal is to help remove barriers to family unity and expand opportunities for stability, security, and a brighter future.

LEGAL

ASSISTANCE

Our lawyers and paralegals offer low-cost legal consultations in a broad range of matters, including: naturalization, DACA renewal, U & T visa petitions, work permits, family unity and deportation cases.

EDUCATIONAL

WORKSHOPS

Our staff and attorneys provide educational workshops and outreach events to help you learn about your rights, the paths to citizenship, and other legal remedies available to immigrants.

PROVISIONS FOR

ABUSE VICTIMS

In cases of domestic violence, special provisions in U.S. immigration law allow certain victims of abuse who are not citizens to obtain lawful status without having to rely on their abuser to petition.
